The Ministry of Education and Higher Education of Qatar has provided students abroad, and students at some universities in the country, with on-line service for the equivalency / attestation of their university certificates/degrees conferred by their universities and educational institutions, in line with the regulations and conditions of the academic certificate equivalency system of the Ministry’s. The Ministry reserves the right to deny the equivalence or attestation of certificates/degrees if and when such certificates/degrees do not comply with its regulations.
